Some sort of welcome sea change is at hand, Brexit in Britain and Donald Trump here being the two most obvious signs. As Buckley opined, some of us individuals and nations retain enough self-respect to wish to be left alone to go about our respective businesses without the “help” of social engineering “experts” far, far away and above in their own ivory tower Kremlins. Do we still have a direct, representative voice or are we a bunch of serfs beholden to a scourge of Ivy League lords? It is past time for good riddance to bad rubbish (the Yiddish-minded call it Drexit!)
