“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
Martin Luther King’s most memorable quote poses the essential political question about the individual vs. the collective, really the stark contrast between Conservatism and Liberalism. The dreadful Age of Obama, mercifully in its final days, has been one long disavowal of King’s dream: the nightmare of Identity Politics. Such herding of individuals into Victim ID voting blocs has become the great vote-bundling preoccupation of the Clinton/Obama Democratic Party. In getting rid of the Obamas (and hopefully the Clintons too), we now may be more successful eliciting response to The Big Question: when will The Faithful Sheep Victim Groups realize that the DNC only has any use for them so long as they vote Dem? Stray from the LeftLib plantation, and you’re something to be wiped off their designer shoes.
When challenging, abandoning or opposing the Party of Conspicuous Compassion, EVERY Victim ID group is a subject of contempt, ridicule, insult and ostracism. Epithets around for everyone!! Oreo! Jewish Nazi! Uncle Tom!
An especially revealing twofer is offered by the recent Wikleak trashing a gay(check!) Black(check!) Dem activist/contributor whom a staffer describes with Liberal love as “too much work for what he is worth (maybe a 5k check).” Gay Trump voters are risible grist for The Daily Show mill until the ridiculers are shown up to look ridiculous.
Alert to those put-upon “victims” of the world convinced that the Dem Party cares about you: your worth in the Dem Party is directly proportional to how big a check you write and how big a voting bloc you represent. Value as an individual? Minimal. Like zero.

give us your money and vote. Otherwise, get lost.”
