All the basic political questions are posed in the Egyptian outburst: rigid dictatorship, individual liberty, mob chaos encouraged by totalitarians who would replace the present dictators, individual defense of private property as the prime stabilizing force, the ability & willingness of a people to assume responsibility for freedom…or not.
