The downtrodden American Welfare/Third World population that exists solely for the purpose of making Liberals and Socialists feel compassionate. Without them, how can anyone justify the State taking over everyone’s lives? As usual, it’s not really about The Children or The Poor or even Mother Earth. It’s about political control.
